I received a call from the owner who apologied for error. This was a pleasantly surprising call and I commend the care given to explain the situation.
I am more than satisfied with the level of customer service provided and happy to repost a positive review for FitBoutique.
The product I purchased was received in excellent condition and delivery was quick even though it was during Christmas.
