Disgusting flowers and worst customer service I have ever experienced. We received dead flowers day before wedding and couldnt get through to customer service for two days. When I eventually spoke with the vile Customer service representative it was the most shocking and rudest interaction. On the wedding day had to go to a florist that they couldn't see how someone could send out flowers that were dead with a filthy ribbon. They mentioned I am the tenth customer this month that has issues with this brand. The advice was to get the bride to rinse the flowers with dish soap incredible. The management team should be hugely embarrassed. AVOID
