I never write negative reviews. In fact, this is my first. I typically will just say nothing if I can't say something positive. However, my experience with Flowershopping.com was so poor that it compelled me to provide a warning for others. I ordered a simple flower arrangement and paid extra for it to be delivered the same day. After three days and three failed attempts to deliver the flowers with various excuses, I finally cancelled the order. It was very difficult to get in touch with them and even more difficult to get someone to explain the problem. I am still waiting for a refund. I can only hope my experience was an exception, but I will certainly never use them again.
