The item that was delivered was not what I ordered. The most disappointing part of the experience is how their customer service chose to handle it. I was sent an item of "equal value", which justified the error in their eyes. With so many other flower delivery options out there and the evolving retail focus on customer service, it's hard to imagine how Flowershopping.com can compete. In the end, they sent another arrangement a day after the event and it was still not correct!
