This was the WORST experience EVER. I paid extra for same day delivery (by 3pm) for my sister in law’s birthday at 7:00 AM. They sent an email at 6 pm and said “sorry they had a problem” I asked them to call me the next day, they did and said oh we will deliver it today ,
2 days later no flowers. The only thing they offered was a snotty woman saying “how would you like to proceed”
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS HORRIBLE!!!
