I should have checked the REVIEWS prior to ordering from this company.
The flowers did arrive, however, they did not put the Mylar balloon on it. These were for our granddaughter who had just come home from the hospital. (and she OF COURSE loves balloons....)
I contacted Customer Service, and they CONFIRMED I had ordered and paid for the balloon, so I responded .... "well, what happened to the balloon"??? Really disappointed.
