My husband placed the order on February 8th and gave the specific instructions. They NEVER delivered the flowers at all. He is devastated and feels terrible. I feel even worse. How can you be SO irresponsible as to not deliver the flowers that have already been paid for? We demand a reimbursement for the total amount paid. We will NEVER EVER order flowers from you again and will make sure that we let our family and friends know how irresponsible you are.
