Terrible company and customer service. Company charges an extra fee to deliver on Sundays, but does not deliver in a timely manner. I ordered at 6am the day prior to the delivery and by 6pm the following day my ordered had not arrived.
Customer service rep couldnt answer the question or even confirm I had a delivery. She had to refer my order to the florist the used, but could not give me the name. This company ruined a very special occasion.
