I reached out to customer service after not receiving anything about the shipping on the day that I was supposed to receive the flowers. I didn't hear back from customer service until 2 hours later, and then they told me that they couldn't deliver to my area. Had I known early that morning I could've done same day delivery with another flower carrier, and instead I didn't found out they don't deliver to my area until I reached out and it was too late for same day delivery. Choose any other flower delivery option!
