ordered the “premium” tulips and what was delivered was embarrassing. There were 12 shriveled up tulips, never even opened. Just dead. Had some weeds mixed in. All for a total of $125.
Customer service offered me a 25% discount which is laughable. Even with the pics I provided (it truly was embarrassing a florist even sent them out) they felt customer service not worth it and stood by their crappy product/ florist. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN.
