Never do I write bad reviews, but this one just called for it so others would not make the same mistake using this company. I ordered flowers and upgraded to Deluxe and requested early delivery. Didn't get confirmation of delivery so I called that afternoon. The young woman that answered could not find the order at all. Finally the person I sent the flowers to sent a picture of the received flowers. So sad looking and small. I pursued this and was told the correct "recipe" was used - so many roses and so many "filler" flowers. It was an embarrassment as I had placed the order on behalf of my boss as a favor. I requested that she be reimbursed at least half, but instead she was refunded a tiny percentage. I order flowers often, but will not make the mistake of using this company again.
