This company is very odd, I placed a flower delivery the same day and I was promised to them that at the end of the day. They will send a confirmation that that the flowers was delivered.
No confirmation at all, it was the 2nd day of my delivery and haven't heard from them still. I called the costumer service and said they're closed for holidays! Well it's just a regular day here in America. The bottom line is there's no someone in the customer service at all!
I called and called and use the number to place an order so there is someone to pick up the call. So I complained that my flowers was not delivered and I would like to refund my money.
After 2 days, they finally delivered some flowers which is not even the same flowers that I ordered.
I will not recommend this company to send flowers at all!
What I had was a headache!!!!
Horrible experienced I ever had!!!
