Spent $100+ on an elaborate arrangement. What was delivered was completely different and just some generic arrangement of cheap flowers stuck in a cheap vase.
I contacted them within their window with a complaint, as their website says they’ll refund or replace. Customer service basically said that they have the right to make substitutions.
Why even show pictures to pick from if you’re gonna deliver whatever you want?
