I ordered on single orchid for SAME DAY delivery. Not only it was not delivered on the same day, but it was delivered at the end of the following day (to a business address), when every one was gone except the security guards). The person received it two days later than the occassion. I called them frentically many times, but their phone number would not take calls either. Sent them 11 emails, but uselessly. At the end of the second day, I wrote them an email asking them to CANCEL the order altogether, but to no use. I paid $130 for this, and NO REFUNDS forthcoming. Do NOT USE THIS FLOWER COMPANY, if you do not want to end up in a mess like this. Call another place and use theirs
