I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement from this company to be delivered to a friend in New York. Initially, I received an email stating that the flowers were delivered or would be soon — but then, there was no follow-up. Days passed, and when I checked with my friend, he confirmed that he had not received them.
I contacted customer service, and they offered to attempt a second delivery. I agreed and provided my friend's apartment number and phone number to ensure he could be contacted directly upon delivery.
This morning, I received an email with photos showing the flowers had been left outside the building — not at his door as expected. I shared the photos with my friend, and he went to check, but the flowers were gone. It's no surprise, as leaving them outside a building makes them accessible to anyone passing by.
I'm extremely disappointed with this company's delivery service. For an expensive arrangement, I expected a much higher standard of care and professionalism. I have since requested a refund and hope they do the right thing by honoring it.
