I ordered a flower arrangement on Jan 6, 2025 for my wife for our 45th wedding anniversary. The delivery date was supposed to be today, Sunday, January 12, 2025. It hasn't been delivered as of 6:30 pm today. (January 12, 2025) I even paid an extra fee for it to be delivered on a Sunday. I emailed customer service twice and have yet to get a response. Next, I will file a report with the BBB. Also, I'll contest the charges with my credit card company.
