Never got flowers delivered to funeral home for funeral. How cruel and inconsiderate can you be!!! They should be out of business. They are frauds! Thank goodness I got a refund and my credit card company alerted.
Do not use go with FTD at least you will get tracking and e-mails on status plus a receipt.
