If I could leave zero stars I would. Placed an order for same day delivery and payed the rush deliver fee as well. They emailed me hours later saying they couldn’t deliver and that it would be delivered the following day. It was never delivered the next day and no one ever reached out to me to let me know that. Getting in touch with customer service is impossible as the calls are automatically re routed to the order placing department even though it says to press 4 to speak to customer service on their directory. I highly recommend using a local florist instead of this so called “business”.
