AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I missed a call from customer service at 12:30 saying there was an issue with the order. I called back immediately and the voicemail said that customer service was closed. I emailed right away and called multiple more times. They emailed me back at 530 saying I would have to pay 20$ extra for delivery and if I approve it would be sent tomorrow. It is not my friends birthday tomorrow. Horrible.
