I ordered flowers for my daughter's 8th birthday that be delivered to her after school care. I received a phone call from a lady saying that a product wasn't available and that they were replacing with something else. A couple hours later I was checking on my status to see if she received them and she did not. I then called customer service and said that they were currently closed Even though it was 11:30 at the times for standard pacific time. I then check my email and see that they sent me two separate emails saying that it was canceled less than an hour after the lady had called me due to the area being supposedly undeliverable. Why didn't she tell me that when she called? Now let's see how long it takes to get my refund.
