Paid for rush delivery before 12pm. Called at 2:50pm. Customer service representative Kyle lied and told me I did not pay for rush delivery and there was nothing he could do. The arrangement would be delivered in a few hours. I Called back once I located the confirmation e-mail and spoke to a female. She acknowledged that I paid for rush delivery after putting me on hold multiple times. At the end of the day they did not care and only offered a refund after I raised my voice and used profane language.
