I placed my flower order for my mom's birthday 4 days beforehand and received confirmation the order. I emailed them to ensure the delivery would be made on time and received no response. Hours before the date they advised me they could not make the delivery unless I paid more as there was no florist in the area in their network. I was extremely upset and agitated because they had enough time to let me know and I felt pressured to pay the extra. Why would I receive an initial order confirmation if they could not process the order? And why tell me at the 11th hour when I have no other choice for timely delivery. When my mother received the flowers they were not Deluxe and it was a small arrangement. Nothing wonderful and very underwhelming. I'm deeply disappointed and will never use this service ever again. Total waste of money..... and it was not cheap.
