I ordered this premium flower spray for a friend's funeral. Being a "Spray" arrangement I paid the extra to have the flowers delivered on the day of the wake at the funeral home anytime before 3PM,to be sure the flowers were fresh. I was informed via email that my arrangement was delivered a day early. I was unhappy, but willing to accept this as long as the arrangement was satisfactory. I attended the wake last night, & 1/2 of the flowers were dead, & the other half were wilting. It was not good, and highly embarrassing. Website customer service denied refund. Do yourself a favor, & go elsewhere
