Picture was absolutely nothing like what was delivered. I understand certain shops may not have exact arrangements but I ordered all purple flowers as the arrangement was called LAVENDER. No a single purple flower in the bunch. Case was dirty and cheap. Paid extra “rush charge” to have delivered by noon…wasn’t delivered til 4:00 pm. Sent an email about disappointment in both services I paid for and they said there was nothing more they could do. Said they sent an email saying certain flowers may not be available. Why have pictures of certain arrangements of certain colors if you can’t make them, or at least something similar, available? Waste of $100
