I’m writing to express my frustration and disappointment with a recent flower order I placed through your service. I ordered a bouquet that was clearly advertised to include lilies and roses, and I even upgraded to the deluxe option expecting a fuller, more premium arrangement.
Instead, I received a completely different bouquet made up of cheap carnations and daisies. Not only were the flowers not what I ordered, but they didn’t even meet a basic standard of quality—let alone the deluxe upgrade I paid for.
This is extremely upsetting, especially considering I spent close to $100 on this order. I feel misled by the product description, and this experience amounts to false advertising.
