I searched online for a local florist in my son’s town, and evidently got redirected to this company . I ordered a $49.99 flower and it ended up totaling $92. If I order before 3 it would be delivered today. They sent me an email saying they didn’t have the exact one I had picked out and would substitute. I called to cancel and each “department” (pick 1, pick 2 etc) couldn’t transfer me to the proper department so I had to call back to get to the correct department and then 10 min wait after I’d already been on the phone for 10 min. Tried to cancel through credit card, but couldn’t have to wait to dispute. It was delivered today. I don’t believe it look like what I ordered and certainly doesn’t look like $92 worth. I’m very disappointed!
