I placed a $115+ order for a specific orchid-only arrangement, and what was delivered was a cheap, mismatched bouquet filled with random flowers — including lilies, which are highly toxic to cats. My girlfriend has cats, and this could have turned into a deadly situation had we not caught it in time. What’s worse? They never contacted me to approve substitutions — despite having done so in a previous order. Their own customer service rep admitted the arrangement wasn’t filled to value and wasn’t what I ordered, but they still refused a full refund. Instead, they offered a measly 20% refund, which they processed without my consent just to close the issue.
