Worst Florist Experience I’ve Ever Had I’ve never dealt with a company so incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional as Flower Shopping. I ordered a birthday basket for my pregnant daughter-in-law — a very meaningful gift since I live in another state and couldn’t be there in person. On the day of delivery, I received no email, no tracking, no confirmation. When I called, I was bluntly told: “We’re sorry, we can’t deliver it today.” No explanation. No apology. No solution. Just a complete failure. I was furious and heartbroken. I made it very clear I wanted the order canceled, and I immediately bought from another florist — one that actually does their job. Later, I was shocked when my daughter-in-law messaged me thanking me for the basket — from Flower Shopping. So they went ahead and delivered an order I had canceled, after telling me they couldn’t do it. Then they had the nerve to call me saying they were going to charge me anyway, despite admitting I had canceled it. The final straw? They called my pregnant daughter-in-law and told her they were going to take the gift back. How cruel and disgusting can a company be? Flower Shopping is unethical, careless, and completely lacking in decency. They don’t care about your special moments — they only care about taking your money, no matter what damage they cause. Avoid this company at all costs.
