I ordered a take away for delivery online and was advised 45 minutes for delivery, via their website. This was with Pizza Bites, based in Plymouth. I paid online too. After 25 minutes the order was acknowledged but I never received it!! I had to query this on the online chat to find they were closed. 1 hour 15 minutes later no food and no refund! Now had an email advising refund requested and will take 5 working days! Absolute joke. Really disappointed. This is poor service and I won't be using their services again.
