This is a small business and when the company approached to me, I was clear that i did not need it, however they insist and i get it but in the same day when the notify that I was approved, I canceled by email due a personal issues, after 2 months I have been receiving charges in my account every two weeks and I NEVER have used the platform and never i gave my business information, many emails i sent requesting to stop charging and refund the money and nobody answer me
How serious could be?
