The product ordered was a good quality and cooked up very well, and had a very good flavor. The only problem I had with the order was, all the product was supposed to be frozen and 8-10 pieces of the fish was completely thawed out. I was under the idea my order would be completely frozen. In Texas, it is hot and I can't have food sitting on a truck thawed out. There was just a little piece of ice in box. Other than that everything was ok.
