My family eats gluten-free due to Celiac disease. We buy the bulk individually wrapped Udi's hamburger buns(which are not the same as the one's you get in the grocery store). I am able to take out as many as I need at a time. A quick 30 second microwave. Then I butter the buns and sear on a hot griddle. Amazing taste and texture. Ups my burger game!
