I placed an order on June 4th. It was supposed to be shipped by UPS Ground. It is July 7th and the order has not arrived. There is no one I can talk to. Emails I have sent get nothing but an automated email response. So, thus far, the service is terrible and the customer service to adjust the problem is non-existent. Billing, however, was very prompt.
