You either do not have what we need or when you do have an item it gets destroyed by time it gets to us. That be from poor packaging leading up to product flying around in the box during shipping or not enough dry ice which leads to product defrosting prior to us receiving it. Also. Poor planing on shipping schedules. Ship on a date guaranteeing the delivery gets stuck in a non freezer UPS stop over the weekend making the order thawed out and spoiled prior to delivery at our point Hope this helps. I liked doing business with you and I also liked your ribs but we are a new startup and based on your product line we would have been out of business because of the problems occurred doing business with you
