I ordered a carton of soup mix. They sent the wrong soup. Contacted the company and they asked for a picture of the box showing the product name, a picture of the UPC code, and a picture of an individual packet of the product. Send them the pictures and hear nothing other than they are investigating. I called them and explain that I am sending it to my son who has a stage four cancer and the soup is one of the few things he can keep down. I do not get a return call I text and email them. I do not get a response. I decide to try to call one more time. The rep did respond and send the correct product. I do not believe it should’ve taken multiple emails, texts, and calls to resolve the issue. I also explained to them that they got my name wrong, and even on this form it is still not correct. I will never use them again.
