i would give a five but everytime I order cases of ribs. i ask for extra dry ice. my case/s get sent out on Thursday. they sit in an unfrigerated UPS warehouse for Saturday andSunday and get to me. partially thawed out and no dry ice. i never get extra. and I offer to pay for the dry ice. lets see how my next order does.
