Meals we have tried are tasty and portions are good for women but not enough for men. There are no provisions made for unusual allergies, only the more common ones and ingredients on condiments are not listed. It is very easy and fast with only 5 minute prep time and is perfect for singles or two people. The oven is too small for more than two people but is versatile and does a good job cooking meals to exact doneness.
