The okra I received was not frozen. The dry ice was gone. There should have been more dry ice in the container to keep the okra frozen since it took a week from the time it was sent to reach my place.
Another thing I ordered eggplant which I have never received. It said it might take a month to come but I have never heard from you since. What happened to my eggplant order?
