Shipping and handling cost $50. Sent on dry ice in styro chests. The dry ice bags were empty, so I don't know how solid the ice cream was. The shipper delivered after the church staff had left for the day and I realize this is beyond your control. I got to the church within 45 min. and discovered our pastor was still there and had his son take the packages to the kitchen freezer.
