I purchased a product I saw on their website and was sent a less expensive, different product from the same manufacture. It took many, many calls, and a lot of arguing before their customer service representatives would give me a credit and return the product. It was such a huge waste of time. All they cared about was figuring out if the manufacturer made the mistake or if they did not one of the four or five different people that I spoke to actually cared that I was the customer with the wrong product. The same product that they don’t have available is still on their website.
