My order arrived quickly and safeily, but the new charges of $10 for a singular frozen pack per item is excessive, especially when multiple items are shipped in the same box. There's no need for that many packs, nor to be charged for each pack. Please return to the prior shipping method that doesn't include those excessive charges. Or at least, figure out how many packs are actually needed for a singular shipped box with multiple items and only charge for that.
