A shipment was either damaged in the warehouse before it was sent of by the UPS carrier that delivered it. All information regarding the shipment and damage, along with several supporting pictures were sent to Food Services Direct.
After a few email exchanges, Food Services Direct compensated me for the proportional amount of damaged merchandise. The compensated amount was credited to my account in only a few short days.
Service and congeniatlity of the service personnel was excellent.
