Although I'm extremely happy with the product, the service could have been greatly improved. Despite my having placed the order and provided a credit card, more than 2 months passed before I finally received. I received regular emails asking if I still wanted the product; I always responded that I did. In fact, at one point, I initiated contact to find out if and when I would receive my order. I don't ever plan to order anything from you again.
