Service is fast and ordering is easy. When I've needed customer support I was able to get in touch with someone through messaging and the follow up emails made sure I had documentation of the resolution. I'm able to find vegan products that are difficult to find through other services. I wish there was a way to return the styrofoam coolers used to ship cold products so they could be reused.
