Love this company! They are one of the very few companies to offer pork brains. I was a little skeptical, wondering how they were going to keep these containers cold all the way to Illinois over several days time. Not to mention that as I tracked them, they sat in a warehouse in my hometown over the weekend. However, I was pleasantly surprised and very much relieved to find a styrofoam cooler wrapped in plastic on my porch on a Monday, and upon opening the cooler, finding twelve solidly frozen containers of pork brains packed in dry ice! I could not be happier with this purchase! I will not hesitate to reorder! Thank you Food Service Direct!
