If I could give this company NO STARS, I would. They don’t deserve to be in business. They ship frozen food using UPS Ground. Perishable items don’t last for over a week in a hot delivery truck. Customer service is abysmal. They don’t answer their phones (which has an area code located in Compton,CA although they are in Virginia). They don’t answer e-mails and they turned off their online chat. After I spammed their social media with my grievances, they blamed ME for ordering frozen food on a Tuesday instead of a Friday. Are you kidding me? This company needs to be reported to BBB and shut down for sending consumers perished food items that could cause food poisoning. Unacceptable customer service and business practices. Their website says they don’t even offer refunds- just store credit. Do not ever buy from this company or you will be on the phone with your bank to get your money back.
