Can't comment on flowers - simply reviewing my experience of 'thinking about ordering'.
Having simply clicked on a link to research how much it was going to cost me, I realised I was going to be dragged into a subscription so didn't proceed and I'm now receiving messages and offers for 50% off my first delivery. Was tempted but, having had a bad experience with 'subscription' offers before, I thought I'd check reviews first.
So glad I did. Any company worth their salt, shouldn't have an issue in having a simple 'unsubscribe / cancel' button within your customer account. If you can click to join, you should be able to click to leave, without the hassle of phoning and dealing with high-pitch sales talk to stay. For that reason alone, I'm out.
