Freddie’s Flowers: lovely flowers but when something goes wrong, their customer service is terrible. They say to get in touch if unhappy but their response was to cut me off as a customer! They will often substitute flowers advertised if they have supply issues, fair enough if disappointing, but this time I wasn’t happy with these. Flowers can last 2 weeks but my photo is at just over 1 week.
Be warned about complaining - not a sign of a good company.
