Good product, bad service.
1) they advertise that they are sustainable and reuse boxes, but 2 times I left old boxes for them to pick up but they never did. 2) You cannot cancel online, so which is malicious practice and should be highlighted. If you want to cancel, you will need to phone them. Then the person told me that she cannot cancel it and someone other from the team will call to cancel. They make it difficult to get out.
