The worst customer service. When an item I purchase was defective the cs rep was so nice and said she was sending a replacement and free gift. No replqcment and no gift. I didn’t even get an email. Two week pass and I didn’t get replacement. I had to call 4 times and wait two weeks for a replacement to be sent which was the wrong item. When the right item was sent I had to package up all the items and mail them back. Way too much work and time to follow up on a defective item and wrong Items sent. Doesn’t seem like CS does the work they say they’ll do. Call to double check.
